SSO Implementation Onboarding¶

Status: Available after SSO Suite v1.0 GA. A fixed-scope professional service — not open-ended consulting. We get your first IdP integration production-ready and train your admin to own it afterward.

Deliverables (3 business days, remote)¶

• Pre-call checklist: Redmine version, IdP type, network egress, service account needs
• SSO Suite installation and license activation on staging, then production
• SAML or OIDC configuration with your IdP admin on a shared call
• Group-to-role mapping for up to 5 rules
• Login audit log verification and export test
• Handoff doc: settings snapshot, rollback steps, upgrade notes

Out of scope (by design)¶

• Custom Ruby development or non-standard IdP forks
• 24/7 cutover support — we schedule a business-hours go-live window
• Ongoing IdP vendor tickets on your side

Teams with budget for security but no in-house Redmine plugin experience. Reduces time-to-SSO from weeks of trial-and-error to a defined engagement.

$2,500 one-time. 50% off for customers on annual Enterprise Suite. Does not include SSO Suite license (sold separately or via bundle).
