By using redmineshop.com and purchasing RedmineShop plugins, you agree to these terms.

License¶

Plugins are licensed for use on self-hosted Redmine instances per your purchased tier. Source code is provided under the license terms stated at purchase. Redistribution and resale are prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Support and updates¶

Active annual licenses include updates and support for the licensed period as described on the product page. Support scope is limited to the plugin; we do not operate your Redmine instance.

Acceptable use¶

• Provide accurate account and billing information
• Do not attempt to bypass license verification
• Do not use our services for unlawful purposes

Limitation of liability¶

Plugins are provided as-is within the scope of the license. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the software on your infrastructure.

Changes¶

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
